Upholstery detailed description

Bay leaf spatula

A handy small spatula to keep in your toolbox. Use it to work in the small area around the room. The shape of the bay leaf spatula helps to go close to intricate molding and/or inner corner. The fabric is pushed down into the CES with the tip of the tool. All threads that are hanging out also disappear.  It is one of three spatulas to have on a fabric installation.

This bay leaf spatula is of good quality.

It has a blade made from tempered steel, drop forged. The ergonomic Bubinga wooden handle has a comfortable grip for long hours of work. In conclusion, our strongly built lightweight bay leaf spatula will last you for many years to come.

We have other spatulas available in our online store. Be sure to visit the page on the metal or ERGO SPATULA. A major tool to possess in wall upholstery installation.

TIPS: Each tool is selected for working at different stage in a fabric installation. Both metal spatula and Ergo spatula are the first tools to use to fit the fabric. Then, use a Bay leaf spatula for pushing the fabric in the track at corners or small spaces. Keep an eye on the fabric during this process. Check if it is well position. Otherwise, pull it out with the tip of the spatula.
